After the POC we define the next waves, scope and priorities together. We hand over documentation, train your team and stay by your side — whether as an operational partner or an advisor for further development.
We do not set up a demo. Arc runs on your real servers: you see monitoring, patches and security policies from one place in the Azure Portal.
Throughout the POC we act as an extension of your IT team. Together we configure, tune the monitoring baseline, prepare the configuration and environment for Arc. You are not in it alone.
After completing the POC we run a workshop where your team learns how to work with the environment. You leave with the know-how and a PDF documentation ready for archiving.
At the closing meeting we go through the outputs and define priorities: which servers to onboard next, where the biggest benefit is and what makes sense to tackle next.
